Latvia’s digital trade expanded significantly, with ICT services exports reaching 16.9% of services trade and digitally deliverable services accounting for 44.9% in 2024.

    + Meanwhile, ICT services imports represented 8.7% of total services imports in 2024, increasing 1.5-fold from 2005, below the 2018 peak of 10.7%, compared with Estonia’s 16.5%.
  • Furthermore, digitally deliverable services exports represented 44.9% of total services exports in 2024, increasing by 46% from 2010, but remaining below the European average of 60.8%.
